GB – To  know more  about  the apparel,  we  provide  you  with  the  pictures  of  high  resolution images  and  also  keep  you informed  about  the  fabric in detail  like  the  base of  the  fabric,  the kind of  work  on it and the  city  it  origins  from.


Will the color of the outfit on the website exactly match the original piece?

GB  - The Photography  session is  done  by the experts  in the stream putting  every detail .  The  monitor settings  of  computers  vary  from one  to  another,  also  the  lightings  while the photography  is done might  be a reason for  slight  variations in the  colour.


Ordering and Tracking


I want to cancel/modify/return my order. What should I do?

GB  - The  order  can be cancelled  within  24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can avail  the  facility  of   shop credits worth the value of your order. As  per the policy  we  do not  entertain cash refunds. In case  you want  to  cancel an order, please contact us at  care@gleamberrycom.

What are your shipping charges?

GB  - These  charges are based on the volume and it will  be usually  mentioned at the time you decide  to  end  the  shopping.


How long will it takes for me to receive my product?

GB – The delivery time is approximately on each  product . Our  efforts  will be that  the order will  be  delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in advance.


Is it possible for me to track my order?

GB - Gleamberry will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order. The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.




Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

GB - All custom duties and taxes are borne by the customer.


What payment options can I use?

GB – We offer several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa card, using our secure payment gateway.


Do you have cash on delivery option?

GB - Cash on Delivery available within India.


Will I get a full refund if I return a product?

GB – We will refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on our part, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of gleamberry.


Partial Refunds
GB  - If there are  multiple products  ordered, and if for any reason, gleamberry is not able to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a choice to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, we shall agree to refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of gleamberry.


What should I do if my payment fails ?

GB - If you are trying to make a payment to us and it fails due to some technical error then you need to send us a screen shot of the error page and our customer service department will get in touch with you.
